We are looking for 50 female volunteers to participate in a 4-week fitness study
Requirements:
- Currently do not exercise on a regular basis.
- Will follow a supervised 4-week training program with moderate exercise (30 minutes, 3 times/week).
- Must be at least 21.
- Choose your workout days Monday through Friday.
- Will take a confidential fitness profile at the beginning and end of study.

- The cost of participation is only $30.
Individual results will be kept confidential and anonymous; results will be aggregated as a group and used as part of an intraclub fitness research project.
